1989
Incorporation

Salmon Developments is set up as a privately-owned development company.

1994
Joint Venture Formed (SHP)

Salmon Harvester is established as a joint venture between Salmon Developments and NFU Mutual.

2007
major UK institution

Salmon acts as fund and asset manager for a major UK institution.

2017
MSCI UK Award

Salmon managed fund won MSCI UK property investment award for highest performing UK balanced fund for the second consecutive year.

2016
MSCI European Award

Salmon Managed fund won MSCI European property investment award for highest preforming European Balanced fund.

2019
Salmon Developments MBO

Salmon Developments completes Management Buy Out, which sees long-standing shareholders hand over the reigns of the company to Paul Stoodley and Anthony Harper.

12.7 acre site redeveloped into a £50m 150,000 sq ft mixed-use development.

Reading Gate

Salmon Harvester Build 200,000 sq ft of retail warehousing worth £42m.

2009
ACQUIRES LEIGH

Salmon Harvester Acquires 12.7 Acre site in leigh to develop a £50m scheme including Tesco supermarket and Cineworld Cinemas.

2010
OXFORD STREET REFURBISHMENT

Salmon Harvester completes £40m Central London 8,500 sq ft retail & 12.500 sq ft office refurbishment at 175 Oxford Street.

2012
3RD TEMPLE QUAY SITE

Salmon Harvester Acquires 3rd Temple Quay site in Bristol with extant consent for £50m, 160,00 sq ft mixed-use scheme.

2016
AGREE 3 GLASS WHARF PRE-LET AND FUNDING

Salmon Harvester agreed the pre-let of a 110,000 sq ft office to HMRC which was funded by Legal & General.

2012
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Salmon’s development programme in 2002 included 25 schemes worth in excess of £550m.

2013
2 GLASS WHARF, TEMPLE QUAY, BRISTOL

Salmon Harvester spec first office development in Bristol for five years. Salmon start construction of new 100,000 sq ft office which is let to PWC, Grant Thornton and Foot Anstey.
